These terms govern access to and use of the applications provided by Black Diamond Claims Solutions (“BDCS”, “we”, “us”) at bdcs.systems and its subdomains (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.
The Services are for authorized users only. Access credentials are personal and must not be shared. Do not attempt to reach data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to use. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing electronic communications, telemarketing, and privacy — for example the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA). You are responsible for your use of any data accessed through the Services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
